Data we process

FirstSignal processes your email for registration, login and service communication; password hashes for authentication; order and entitlement records; support messages; and a strictly necessary session cookie that keeps you signed in.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. FirstSignal receives transaction status and order references but does not store full card details.

Use and retention

Data is used to operate accounts, deliver purchased services, maintain security and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers. Order records and generated score access may be retained to preserve purchased history and meet legal obligations.

Your requests

Use in-app support to request account access, correction or deletion. Some billing records may need to be retained where required by law.
